Eat Yourself Thin With the Flat Stomach Diet

When summer is looming we all want to look out best right? So you can go to the beach and not feel embarrassed about yourself. Many people decide to go on fad diet just weeks before summer hits, and all that ends up happening is...nothing. They lose a bit of water weight which is put back on immediately. To lose the weight permanently you need this flat stomach diet.
1. Drink plenty of water. Clean natural filtered water is possible is best, as it will help flush the toxins that build up around the fat and keep it sustained mostly around the waistline. We all know how important water is, but are you getting at least your recommended 8 glasses of water a day?
TIP - buy a 2 litre bottle and bring it with you to work. Finish it through out the day! You get extra fat loss bonus points if you have to refill it.
2. Increase you fibre intake. Fibre has many functions, such as keep you fuller and help you digestion system function more effectively. The effects are that you eat less because you feel fuller and your digestive system is working normally to burn fat quicker.
TIP - Replace your toast or bowl of corn flakes for a hearty bowl of fibre packed oatmeal. Replace white breads, pasta and rice with the wholemeal varieties. Aim for adding more pulses and legumes to your meals.
3. Eat smaller balanced meals more often. If you're not eating 5-6 times per day, and at an amount that makes you satisfied till your next meal every 2-3 hours, then you're allowing your metabolism to slow down and your energy levels to drop to low. Eating more often will burn fat faster, so switch from 3 square meals per day to 5 or 6 smaller meals.
TIP - Carry healthy snacks around with you and plan ahead of time when you'll need them. This will cut your urge to buy quick junk foods and snacks, and will not only make you feel good mentally, but it will show when it comes to your flatter stomach.
Getting a slim line figure isn't difficult if your follow these flat stomach diet guidelines. Want to get a flat stomach faster? Just add some daily exercise to the mix - anything will do, just as long as you're moving your body more than what you would sitting in the office.
